Leadership You Can Trust
TerraPoint is led by Brian Cowan, PG, a Texas-licensed Professional Geoscientist with a career spanning 500+ environmental projects across energy, infrastructure, and public sector developments. Prior to founding TerraPoint, Brian held leadership roles at top consulting firms, including serving as a National Subject Matter Expert for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments at Stantec, one of the world’s largest engineering and design firms.

His expertise spans Phase I/II ESAs, environmental constraints analysis, permitting strategy, karst geology investigations, groundwater studies, and multi-agency coordination. Having worked on projects from major transportation infrastructure to large-scale renewable energy development, Brian brings a rare blend of technical depth and regulatory fluency to help clients navigate complex environmental challenges with confidence.
